According to the CMI, almost 10% of UK managers walked out of their jobs last year, more than twice as many as quit the year before. A key finding in this research revealed that misplaced confidence of bosses is stressing out the UK’s workforce. In turn, employees are voting with their feet. With PWC reporting one in four employees stating they intend to leave their employer in the next 12 months, retaining staff is critical to delivering success in any organisation.

Using our behavioural assessments, which are non-critical and objective, we can identify problems individuals are experiencing and reasons for high turnover. This will establish a basis for positive interaction to keep managers committed and on board.
