Proling People Ltd is a “Data Processor” processing Personal Data in compliance with GDPR

This Statement describes how personal data must and will be collected, handled and stored to meet ProlingPeople’s data protection standards and in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

This data protection statement ensures Proling People Ltd:

In accordance with GDPR Profiling People Ltd must and will ensure that Personal Data is:

  • Every reasonable step must and will be taken to ensure that personal data that is inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, is erased or rectified without delay
  • Kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed
  • Personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving or statistical purposes subject to measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals
  • Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data

Data Security

Proling People Ltd uses Microsoft products to store documents and files. Any data held will be saved in a restricted folder accessible only to the company director

Data Transfer

Proling People Ltd does not transfer Data outside the UK


Under the GDPR Proling People Ltd does not have a statutory requirement to have a Data Protection Officer. The person who is responsible for ensuring the Proling People Ltd discharges its obligations under the GDPR is the Company Director


Proling People Ltd acts in accordance with GDPR.

Access requests must be made by an authorised person via a Subject Access Request to the company director
