Phil is an expert in the use of behavioural and aptitude assessments to create bespoke training and development programmes linked to performance.
Most recently he was Group Learning & Organisational Development Director of a major PLC, with specific responsibility for People and Process development for a workforce of over 10,000.
He has senior HR & OD management experience in North America and Mainland Europe having developed and delivered programmes in support of strategic HR programmes for many ‘blue chip’ organisations in those areas.
In addition he has worked as part of EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) assessment teams in the UK, France, Turkey and Ireland and given lectures on Organisational Development at World Quality Conferences in Japan, India and Canada.
